About MORAI SIM: Drive

MORAI SIM: Drive is an autonomous driving simulation platform that provides a realistic virtual driving test environment for validating autonomous driving logic through XIL (X-In-the-Loop).

In MORAI SIM: Drive, a full stack of vehicle and sensor models that reflect complex physical characteristics, as well as a digital twin that simulates driving conditions influenced by weather, lighting, and obstacles, are provided. Additionally, it offers test scenarios that are difficult to validate in real-world road conditions.

Key Features of MORAI SIM: Drive are as follows:

Vehicle Models:
MORAI SIM: Drive has advanced vehicle modeling technology that allows for the creation of simulation vehicles with the same proportions and sizes as real vehicles. It also utilizes actual vehicle behavior test data to support movements that closely resemble those of real vehicles.
The platform supports a range of vehicle types, including sedans, SUVs, commercial vehicles (buses and trucks), and even urban air mobility (UAM).

Sensor Architecture:
MORAI SIM: Drive provides models designed to reproduce and transmit data formats identical to those in real environments. All parameters, such as camera focal length, LiDAR specifications, and GPS tracking errors, can be adjusted according to user needs, enabling the creation of simulation environments that closely mimic real road conditions.

Digital Twin:
MORAI SIM: Drive can replicate all elements of major cities worldwide, including over 20 cities in South Korea. It creates 3D simulation environments through a highly automated process in 3D formats: HD aerial images, HD realistic photos, and photorealistic visuals.

Test Scenario:
MORAI SIM: Drive offers test scenarios that comply with international safety standards such as ISO, ASM (OPEN X format), and Euro NCAP. This allows users to create a variety of scenario conditions as needed. Additionally, it features an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) that enables easy creation and editing of conditions such as weather, vehicles, obstacles, and trajectories.
